I sighed and looked up from my computer. 10 emails and at least two hours' of time later and we were no closer to getting an interview on the books. Scheduling a podcast interview went something like this: Sarah tell me what your schedule looks like for the next couple of weeks. Ok great, I'm emailing with so-and-so about setting up an interview. Several dates and times are tossed out. None of them work for the potential interviewee. Or, almost just as frustrating, there's a date that works for her but it's 6 weeks into the future, so I call Sarah and check that date and time with her. Just as soon as we get back to our potential interviewee with a yes on that date, something changes and the date is lost.
There has to be a better solution for businesses who frequently schedule interviews, meetings, or consultations. I am so happy to share with you that there IS a better solution! Sarah and I just discovered it this week, and it has already saved us hours of time and hassle! The program is called ScheduleOnce, and we are able to snag all the services we need for just $9/month.
Watch the video below to see how you would configure your booking page, and then I'll walk you through what the process looks like for your customer. It's simple, streamlined, and professional. I can't recommend it enough, and I'm not even getting paid to tell you that, haha!
