With Beth Anne in South Carolina, and me in Pennsylvania, it got a little tough for us to both know the top priorities for various projects. We found ourselves repeating long phone conversations over what to do list items were out there, what priority level they were, and who should do them. I had a Brilliant moment when I asked for help from a source I thought could point us in the right direction, Time Management Ninja. I sent an email explaining our situation, and his response was use Trello. Trello has really helped Beth Anne and I to stay on the same page, and stay on target. Plus we love that we can organize various projects at the same time, set due dates, and assign the person responsible for each task.
